Memorial Day in Columbus.

Ted and I decided to get away for a quick trip so we went Columbus to see Scott, Val, & Ainsley for part of Memorial Day weekend. We had a blast watching the girls play together. So nice to have them so close!

After they played their hearts out it was bath time.

When they woke up Scott was watering plants and started spraying the door with the hose. They were both mesmerized watching the water.

Our first Parade!!!
"Mom, Please take this hat off."

The flags in the girls hands are for a local nursing home - Ted was bummed he didnt have business cards with him. Ha!

Got to get me one of these costumes! lol

SO exhausted! This is 5 minutes into our ride home.

Brooklyn's First Birthday!

Today was Brooklyn's (our niece) first birthday party!! They has a "spring" theme and it was adorable. Roger (Brooklyn's dad) is a master decorator - it is SO funny. He really has a knack for that sort of thing! It was a great day and everyone had alot of fun. I cannot believe that little Brooklyn is already ONE and that in four months we will all be back together celebrating Teagan's first birthday! It goes way to fast. It is so fun to know that these little girls will grow up and share so many milestones together. I am sure they will be best of friends.

Booklyn wanted to share her cake and Teagan didnt hesitate!

She really doesn't have as much as it looks!

looking for gunner.

Our dog gunner is always sleeping under the foot stools for our couch. I was folding laundry yesterday and dying because Teagan was trying so hard to get to him!

time with grandma & grandpa

landscaping

Now that Ted is done with school and basketball he is quickly finding projects to fill up his time. My dad and Ted started it this past week while my parents were here. Hopefully we will have it finished soon. Our neighbor didn't want his rock, so Ted called in his farmer friend down the road to come help him move it! I'll put up pictures of the finished product soon!

He's Done!!!

Today was a great day celebrating Ted's graduation from Malone University. I am so proud of all that he has accomplished the last 4 years. Most people graduate from college and then worry about getting married, finding a job, and starting a family. But Ted has had to juggle all that and more while he has been working on his degree. I got so teary when I saw him walking into the auditorium in his cap and gown because he is the most hard working and selfless individual that I know. I am PROUD to be the wife of such an amazing man ~ I cannot wait to start this new chapter of our lives where we just get to be a "normal" family.
Congratulations Ted! Thank you so much for working as hard as you do to provide Teagan and I with such a great life. I love you & am so so proud!
