a new toy....and new teeth

Teagan has been getting so frustrated every time I try and put her on her belly. I have been trying all sorts of things in attempt to make "tummy time" more enjoyable. I got an email the other day from Babys-R-Us featuring this new toy and decided to give it a try. It cracked me up to see how excited she got when she was on it and she was actually able to spin herself some from all the kicking she was doing.

I tried taking pictures of her teeth and it was very unsuccessful, but we did manage to get a couple cute ones that I thought were worth putting up here! The last week and a half Teagan has been SO fussy... esp in the evenings. And she has seemed to become more and more attached to me. There was one day this past week where NO ONE could take her from me without a screaming fit. But it was so hard on Ted and I because her cry was so different than what it normally is. I made an appointment with her doctor and right when we were on our way over there I noticed that there were 2 teeth pushing through! How could I possibly miss that you ask? Well, they are not the teeth that normally come in first - they are the upper L back ones! Poor girl has been working these hard ones out first! She seems to be doing much better today. I got some infant orajel today and was nervous to give it to her, so I tried it on my gums first. That stuff sure works! When I get two sets of hands I will try and finagle a photo to put on here.

What?! They are not the two front top teeth - that is strange!! No wonder the poor honey was fussy!
Love you~
